Chapin QB Jayden Bradford transferring to IMG Academy
Chapin, S.C. — One of the brightest high school football stars in the Midlands is taking his talents to a national powerhouse for his junior and senior seasons.
Chapin 2024 QB Jayden Bradford announced on social media Tuesday morning that he is leaving the Eagles and transferring to IMG Academy for his final two seasons before college.
Bradford is listed as the No. 8 QB in the 2024 class according to 247 Sports, and On3 recruiting has him listed as the No. 5 quarterback in the nation. He already has offers from South Carolina, NC State, Penn State and Virginia Tech among others.
In his sophomore season at Chapin, Bradford threw for 2018 yards and 22 touchdowns, and also rushed for 367 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
