Teachers and advocates gather at the Statehouse for “SC for Ed Lobby Day”

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– At the Statehouse today, teachers and teacher advocates gathered in the lobby during “SC for Ed Lobby Day.” The group says they are urging lawmakers to focus on salary increases, working conditions and increasing school funding.

Lobby day gives the opportunity for the teacher group to let state lawmakers know about their needs.
