UofSC updates mask policy in response to drop in COVID-19 cases

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The recent drop in COVID-19 cases has led the University of South Carolina to update its mask policy. Effective today, university officials say masks will be required only in instructional and research spaces, in medical facilities and on campus public transportation.

In all other areas, officials say mask wearing will be optional.
