Ukrainian officials: Nuclear plant struck by Russian forces overnight

CNN– Ukrainian officials say Europe’s largest nuclear plant was struck by Russian forces overnight. It’s about 500 miles from the site of the worst nuclear disaster in history, when a core melted down in 1986.

These recent attacks on Ukraine are killing civilians, causing more than a million people to flee to neighboring countries.
