COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Columbia Police Department says a man was arrested today, charged with attempted murder and armed robbery for an incident that took place on February 12. Police say James Harris Jr. is accused of shooting a man during a prearranged meeting on Catawba Circle and stealing cash.
