Panthers practice facility in Rock Hill questionable as construction comes to a halt

Rock Hill denies it missed a million dollar payment towards construction of the new facility

Rock Hill, SC (WOLO) –The city of Rock Hill continues to deny it missed a $225 million dollar payment toward infrastructure at the Panthers new headquarters and practice facility.

Construction on the project has come to a halt,  but now a county councilman is proposing a solution.
