Shipping backlog affected ports in South Carolina

CNN– The shipping backlog and supply chain issues continue in the Palmetto State. According to the South Carolina Ports Authority, more than two dozen ships off the coast of Charleston are waiting to deliver thousands of cargo containers loaded with goods.
