President Biden announces additional aid for Ukraine

CNN– All eyes are on Brussels as President Joe Biden sends a firm message to Russian President Vladmir Putin that NATO is united in its efforts to support Ukraine. Biden announced an additional $100 billion in humanitarian aid and opening U.S. borders to refugees.
