Fire Dept. responds to gas leak in Rosewood Community

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Some Midlands residents were asked to stay in their homes Tuesday evening after a gas leak.
The Columbia Fire Department confirms it happened earlier this evening on South Ott St. in the Rosewood community.
A spokesperson for Dominion Energy says a crew working in the area damaged a gas line.

We’re told the break in the line was repaired at 7:40.
