Pilot dies after plane crash in North Myrtle Beach

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Over the weekend, multiple news outlets report a pilot has died after his plane crashed in North Myrtle Beach. The Horry County Coroner says 56-year-old David Flading died after his banner plane went down at the Grand Strand airport just after 2 p.m. Saturday.

The FAA and the NTSB are investigating.
