Kershaw Co. deputies determine Wednesday shooting not a stand-your-ground case

Kershaw Co., S.C. (WOLO)–Deputies in Kershaw county are investigating what led up to a deadly shooting Wednesday night.
Investigators say around 9:30 they received a call from a man on Longtown Rd. who said he shot a man who was attacking him.
Deputies say that man, Johnny Douglas, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Deputies with the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office say, Shane Granger was arrested and charged in the incident saying it is not a so-called stand your ground case.
