Chris Lane in Concert

An award-winning country music singer and songwriter is coming to the Midlands this Fall!

Chris Lane is coming to Segra Park on Saturday, October 8, 2022 for the Big Red Barn Retreat’s Fall Jam at the ballpark.
The proceeds of the rain-or-shine concert will benefit programs, services, and training for veterans, active-duty military and first responders.
On-the-field standing admission tickets start at $25 dollars, general admission seats are $35 dollars and Military  who present an I.D. will be able to get in for @20 dollars.

Richland County Guardians of the Night K-9, 5K

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is hosting its annual Guardians of the Night K9 5K at the State Fairgrounds.

The fun gets underway Saturday July 30, 2022. By participating you can help raise funds to benefit the department’s K9 team.
Gates open at 7pm with the Family run/walk starting at 8:30pm.
The timed 5K kicks off at 9:30 pm.

Cayce School Bash 

Cayce Police officers want to help you get ready to go back to school!

There will be a bouncy house, snacks and treats — and officers will be handing out free school supplies. It’ll be Saturday, August 6th from 2 in the afternoon to 5pm at 400 M. Avenue.
The event is free but they’re accepting donations of school supplies now at the Cayce Police Department.

Lexington Community Fun Day

The 27th annual Lexington Community Fun Day “Back to School Bash” is returning next month.
August the 6th, and you can head out to Duffie Drive in Lexington from 3 to 8pm for live music and family entertainment, free school supplies, and vendors of course!

Lexington Community fun day started with a handful of young mothers wanting to give back to their community, and has turned into an annual event to help give school supplies to kids in the community. The entire event is free!
