COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— Governor McMaster suspended Pickens City Councilman Donald McKinney after a grand jury indicted McKinney with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Second Degree.

The Governor’s Office says the former city official is suspended until he is convicted, formally acquitted, or until a qualified successor is chosen as a replacement.
