Columbia gas prices average $3.00 per gallon

Gas prices in Columbia have risen five cents this past week.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— Gas prices in Columbia have risen five cents this past week.

According to Gas Buddy, the average is $3.00 a gallon.

Prices are 5.5 cents per gallon lower than they were a month ago and stand at 83.6 cents per gallon lower than they were a year ago.

The national average of diesel has also fallen 4.6 cents in the past week. It sits at $4.34 a gallon.
