South Carolina motorists traveling on I-95 may see additional police starting on April 1.
South Carolina will join several other states to reduce fatal collisions along one of the deadliest interstates in the nation, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The Palmetto State had 21 fatalities (preliminary figures) on I-95 in 2022, eight of which involved a commercial motor vehicle.
