RCSD: Two men charged in recent murder
Richland deputies say two men have been charged in a murder that happened recently.
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— Richland Co. deputies say two men have been charged in a murder that happened recently.
RCSD says they responded to reports of gunfire at an apartment complex on Metze Rd. on April 8.
When they arrived, they found a 39 year-old victim in the hallway shot several times in the upper body. He succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Daniel Goodwin, Jr., Andre Daniels were charged with the murder. Investigators determined the suspects and the victim were at the same two nightclubs before the incident.
Goodwin is also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Investigators say Goodwin was out on bond for a murder that occurred in Orangeburg Co. in September 2019.
