Sumter Coroner identifies victim in vehicle roll-over collision
Sumter Co. Coroner released the name of the individual who died after a single vehicle roll-over collision.
SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)—Sumter Co. Coroner released the name of the individual who died after a single vehicle roll-over collision.
The incident happened at the intersection of Robert E Graham Fwy and Myrtle Beach Hwy.
The deceased, Luther Jones, 66, was the driver of the vehicle that left the roadway causing him to be ejected from the vehicle, say authorities. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident was first reported on April 17 after 8 p.m.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Sumter County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
