Lexington Co. man arrested and charged in hotel parking lot shooting
LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)— A man was arrested May 12 and charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting in a hotel parking lot earlier this year.
According to arrest warrants, 40 year-old Dyshawn Hines is charged with criminal conspiracy, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, in addition to two counts of attempted murder.
Detectives determined Hines and three co-defendants tried to kill two people when they fired multiple shots into a car.
One of the shooting victims was hit five times, according to Sheriff Koon.
