LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)—The South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) says a Lexington man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with seven counts of tax evasion.

Paris Graham, 55, is accused of not filing Individual Income Tax returns from 2015-2021, according to arrest warrants.

He earned $756,591 during that time.

Graham is also accused of filing excessive exemptions on his Withholding Tax allowance certificate, say officials.

He owes $35,758 in state taxes.
