Pet of the Week: Kai!
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO): Meet Kai! This 6-year-old Staffordshire Terrier has been waiting for his forever home for years through Pawmetto Lifeline, and shelter officials don’t understand why. Kai is such a good boy!
After starting to deteriorate in the shelter environment, Kai was thankfully able to secure foster care, where he is now thriving!
His current foster dad says Kai is fully house trained, is super gentle despite his size, is a big fan of his rubber ducky PJs, knows a lot of tricks, including sit, stay, shake, and speak, and is very treat motivated. He would do best with an active family for long walks or hikes, but Kai is also big couch potato and will cuddle with his humans for hours.
Kai is also a gentleman in the house and doesn’t need to be crated when you leave!
