Fairfield Coroner releases name of person killed in car accident
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)—The Fairfield Coroner released the name of the person who was killed in a motor vehicle accident on July 3.
Coroner Chris Hill says Ruby Teal, 87, was a passenger in a car involved in a collision on Rockbridge Road near Rattlesnake Road in the Lake Wateree area.
Teal was transported to Prisma Health Richland Memorial Hospital where she died from her injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
