Historic Babcock Building Cupola ceremony and restoration update

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– An Historic building in Columbia is getting a much needed make over after being damaged by fire in 2020.
Wednesday, a ceremony was held for the reconstruction of the Babcock Building’s landmark cupola.
