ABC’s of Education: Lexington-Richland School District 5 hosts block party

Irmo, SC (WOLO) — In tonight’s ABC’s of Education, Lexington-Richland school district five hosted a block party at the Harbison Gardens community.

Locals gathered together with food and music as students and families gained access to community resources designed to support them. We spoke with superintendent Akil Ross who said the event helps student to feel a sense of community with educators.
