Pet of the Week: Jimmy Buffet

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)- As the famous late Jimmy Buffet said “if we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane,” and if you’re in need of some laughter in your life, look no further than this shelter pup looking for his forever home!

Jimmy Buffet was found as a stray and brought to Pawmetto Lifeline. At just 9 months old, this Basset Hound-Staffordshire Terrier mix is full of life and love, and is sure to brighten up anyone’s day with his short stature and big smile! Shelter staff say Jimmy Buffet is well-mannered, doesn’t make a mess in his kennel at the shelter, and would do great in a home with another dog to play with. However, a home with cats is not recommended because of his curiosity around them.
