Two men accused of trafficking drugs, possession of guns arrested
Orangeburg, SC (WOLO) — Two men in Orangeburg County are in custody Friday after deputies seized several drugs in an investigation.

Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced the arrests of 51-year-old Edward Spigner and 55-year-old Horace Williams on several charges including trafficking after investigators received reports of someone selling cocaine and other illegal drugs on Stilton Road.
There authorities say they seized a quantity of cocaine, three handguns, digital scales, cell phones, and ammunition. The investigation is still ongoing.
