Deputies: One person taken to hospital after Richland County shooting on Saturday night

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a person being shot on Saturday night.

Deputies say they responded in the 1200 block of Newnham Drive around 7:30 p.m. on Nov.4.

A victim was found at the location and taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, say deputies.

Investigators believe the incident was isolated.
