The Shane Company says starting the day by making your bed can help reduce stress, streamline your morning, and perhaps even improve your love life. The company is hosting a contest asking people to perform the daily ritual then journal about how it’s improved your life.

The jeweler is encouraging contestants to take photos and vlog about it.
A winner will be selected on December 22, 2023.
