Lexington Police: 14-year-old found safe

The Lexington Police Department says Sanyia Thompson has been found safe and has returned home.

LEXINGTON, S.C.(WOLO)– The Lexington Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a 14-year-old.
Officers say 14-year-old Sanyia Thompson was last seen in the 200 block of Old Chapin Road on the evening of Nov.30.
Thompson was wearing a yellow shirt, light blue jacket, blue jeans, and white Air Force One shoes, say police.
Investigators say the teen had a red backpack when she left home and does not have a mobile phone with her.

LPD is searching for Sanyia Thompson, a fourteen year old runaway, who was last seen at the 200 block of Old Chapin Road on the evening of November 30, 2023.
