WATCH: Dutch Fork claims Class 5A state title over White Knoll, 21-6

On Friday night, Dutch Fork brought home its eighth state championship since 2013 after taking down region rival White Knoll, 21-6.

The 14-0 Timberwolves put six on the board after pouncing on the football in the end zone following a miscue in the first half by Dutch Fork.

However, like all season, the 9-5 Silver Foxes proved to be resilient and scored 21 unanswered points in the second half.

Dutch Fork quarterback Jon Hunt played a major role in the victory, scoring two rushing touchdowns.

Silver Fox running back KJ Smith also found the end zone on the ground in fourth quarter to help extend Dutch Fork’s lead to 21-6.
