One displaced after late night Monday fire
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Columbia-Richland Fire Department says one person is displaced after a fire tore through a home on late Monday night.
The fire happened in the 5300 block of Ridgeway Street around 10:45 p.m.
Firefighters say they arrived to the scene to find the home and several cars outside of the property on fire.
Crews were able to establish a water supply, get the fire under control and then extinguished.
There were no injuries.
The fire department says the cause of the fire is under investigation.
