Kershaw County man arrested on child sexual abuse material charges

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has announced the arrest of an Elgin man in connection with sexual exploitation of a minor.

Damiean Vincent Hall, 22, of Elgin, S.C., is being charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Investigators say they received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which led them to Hall who is accused of distributing and possessing files of child sexual abuse material.

Hall was arrested on December 20, 2023, by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators and the Attorney General’s Office.
