7th Annual Nativity Ruck kicks off this Saturday in Lexington

LEXINGTON CO., S.C. (WOLO) – You can help one local organization help those in need for the holidays through a special walk this Saturday!

The 7th Annual Nativity Ruck kicks off at 5 a.m. at the 9/11 Memorial in downtown Lexington.

Tyler spoke with Troy Fite of F3 Lexington about how the free event honors the journey Mary and Joseph took to Bethlehem and how the event itself helps give back to those in need.

You and the family will follow a “North Star” for the 3 plus mile walk. The ruck ends by giving gifts that benefit the non-profit organization Mission Lexington.

Below is a list of gifts they need that benefits men, women and children:

  • Canned Chili w/Beans
  • Canned Beef Stew
  • Underwear
  • Socks
