$842 million Powerball ticket sold in Michigan

Someone in Michigan has won an $842.4 million Powerball jackpot on the first day of 2024 after Monday night’s drawing.

The winning numbers drawn were: 12, 21, 42, 44, 49 and red Powerball: 1.

At the time of the drawing the jackpot was $842.4 million which went from the earlier estimate of $810 million making it the fifth-largest Powerball jackpot and 10th-largest U.S. lottery jackpot ever won.
