Traffic Alert: Officers give traffic update as transportation department works on road

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Beginning today and until Friday, Jan. 5, there will be a lane shift on Whiteford Way at Sunset Blvd./US-378, said the Lexington Police Department.

Officers said the lane shift is due to the Town of Lexington Transportation Department working on removing the center island.

Work will start at 9:00 a.m. and stop at 4:00 p.m.
