Richland One to hold free housing clinics
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County School District One is hosting free housing clinics for families who are financially struggling, said the school district.
The school district said Richland One families who are financially struggling and/or facing problems with their homes can receive free assistance.
The partnership with the Columbia Branch of the NAACP will let the district hold five free housing clinics from January through May.
A special housing clinic that will start with an information session on evictions and what tenants’ rights are will take place on March 9 at Eau Claire High School from 9 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
To participate in the clinics, you must have at least one child attending a Richland One school, said the district.
Free housing clinics dates and times:
Tuesday, January 16 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Lower Richland High School

Monday, February 26 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at South Kilbourne Elementary
