Study: 1 IN 10 U.S. restaurants serve Mexican cuisine

(CNN)– If you’re looking for a taco, you shouldn’t have to look too far.

A recent Pew Research Center study found 1 in 10 restaurants serve Mexican food.

Across the U.S. 85% of counties have at least one Mexican restaurant.

California and Texas have the most Mexican restaurants.

Pew says this study reflects the growing Mexican American population which now accounts for 11% of the total U.S. population.
