LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– A Lexington man was arrested three charges connected to the attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, said the Attorney General’s Office.

Jacob Richardson Mabry, 20, of Lexington, S.C., is accused of soliciting a person he believed to be a minor for sex and sent sexually explicit images to a person he believed to be a minor.

Investigators said a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led them to Mabry.

He was arrested on Jan. 19, by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators and the Lexington Police Department.

Mabry was charged with two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor and one count of attempted dissemination of obscene material to a person under age eighteen.
