Local Living: Pig roast, Broadway in Columbia, SC State Museum summer camps

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In today’s look at Local Living, you can attend the 11th annual Pig and Oyster Roast.
There will be all-you-can-eat hog barbecue, roasted oysters, southern sides and more.
It takes place on Saturday, Jan 27, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at City Roots Farm.
Tickets are $65.
The ‘Broadway in Columbia’ series at the Koger Center continues with “My Fair Lady” this week.
The show runs on Thursday, Jan. 25, at 7:30 p.m.
The iconic musical tells the tale of Eliza Doolittle and Henry Higgins.
Higgins is a linguistics professor determined to transform her into his ideal of a “Proper Lady”.
Tickets are still available but limited.
Registration is now open for Spring break and Summer camps at the South Carolina State Museum.
Each camp is themed with a different topic of learning and open to children ages 6 through 12.
