FBI searching for NY murder suspect who has ties to SC

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The FBI office in Columbia is warning South Carolina residents to be on the lookout for a suspect in a New York murder.

Investigators say Mtayari Dixon has ties to the Palmetto state.

Investigators say Dixon is wanted for an October 2022 murder in New Rochelle New York.

According to authorities he is accused of shooting and killing a man after an argument.

The bureau is offering a reward of up to $10 thousand.
