Lexington Police partners with non-profit to provide phones to those in need

The Lexington Police Department is partnering with the non-profit Secure the Call to provide phones to those in need.

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington Police Department is partnering with the non-profit Secure the Call to provide phones to those in need.
The police department says there will be a barrel in the lobby at the police station for anyone who wants to donate.
Anybody with an extra phone not in use is asked to consider donating it to the cause. According to the department, any phone that has access to call 911 is welcomed.
