Sumter Police: Missing autistic, nonverbal teenager found safe

Sumter, SC (WOLO) — The Sumter Police Department says a teenage boy living with a disability who was declared missing has been found safe.
Police say 15 year old Eligah Thompson is autistic and also non-verbal.
The teenager was last seen earlier Tuesday hanging outside of his Old Field Road home wearing a white short sleeve t-shirt, beige sweatpants. He was not wearing any shoes or any jacket.
Again, police say Thompson has been found safe.
