Murdaugh family’s former Moselle property to become horse farm after $1M deal

(WCIV)– The Murdaugh family’s infamous Moselle property is under contract to become a horse farm after an online auction this week.

A spokesperson for the JP King Auction Company says the 21-acre property is under contract for $1 million following a bidding period that ended on Thursday.

The buyer has requested their name not be released. Maggie and Paul Murdaugh were killed on the property in 2021.

Alex Murdaugh was convicted for killing them at the estate in a Colleton County court last year and is currently serving a life sentence.
