New pizza-inspired fried chicken menu item debuting at KFC

(CNN)– Why choose between chicken and pizza when you can have both?

KFC is adding a new pizza inspired item to its menus nationwide starting on Monday called the “Chizza”.

The new item features two white meat friend chicken fillets topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and crispy pepperoni.

You can order the “Chizza” on its own or make it a combo.

And if you’re looking to cut calories, you’ll have the option to order a half “Chizza”.
