Columbia Museum of Art’s Neon Dreams fundraiser this Saturday!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Contemporaries Columbia Museum of Art is hosting a special and colorful fundraiser this Saturday!

Neon Dreams: A Pop Art Affair goes from 7 – 11 p.m. at the museum, located at 1515 Main Street.

Curtis spoke with Will Roberts, the Contemporaries Board President, about how the neon lights will guide you through several art works from iconic artists like Andy Warhol & Roy Lichtenstein.

He also spoke about an art auction, where artwork from some of our region’s best artists will be on display!

Every bid & contribution made during this auction directly contributes to the Contemporaries’ art acquisition fund, which is used to help acquire new items to add to the museum’s award-winning collection.
