SC Governor signs bill declaring Water Professionals Day

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Governor McMaster decided to celebrate the people that keep the water flowing into our homes.

On Thursday, Governor McMaster signed a bill declaring the first Monday in March “Water Professionals Day”.

The day is designed to recognize water, wastewater and stormwater employees.

The first official water professionals day will take place on March 4.
