Firefighters control Orangeburg County fire, home damaged
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Fire District firefighters responded to a structure fire, said the fire district.
Orangeburg County firefighters along with the North, Sawyerdale, Wolfton, Pine Hill, Neeses, and Springfield Fire Departments got the Webster Street fire under control.
No one was reported as injured.
The American Red Cross of South Carolina said disaster-trained volunteers are assisting the family by providing financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, along with referrals to much needed resources.
