LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Richland County man has been arrested after trying to kill two men at an apartment complex, say Lexington deputies.

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department says, Zedekiah Germaine Coleman is accused of stabbing two men in the upper body area after an argument at a Bush River Road apartment complex.

Detectives say after the stabbing Coleman ran away from the scene.

“Through interviews with witnesses and victims, detectives have determined this case started with an argument at a Bush River apartment complex on January 14,” says Sheriff Jay Koon.

He was later identified and deputies say they got warrants for his arrest.

Coleman is being charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

He was arrested on the night of Thursday, February 29, and is being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.
