Airline experts say baggae fees are increasing at some airlines

(CNN)– Passengers are shelling out more bucks to check their baggage.

Starting later this month United Airlines will charged passengers $80 to check one bag for a round trip flight.

Last month American Airlines rose its luggage fees by $5.

JetBlue and Alaska Airlines also have announced fee increases this year.

Southwest does not charge for checking bags

And Delta does charge but has not increased its price since 2018.
