SLED hosting annual food box packing day

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is holding its 3rd annual Greg’s Groceries food box packing day.

The packing day will take place on Tuesday, March 5, at SLED Headquarters Aviation Hangar.

SLED says during the event law enforcement officers and SLED staff will be packing over 1,500 boxes of non-perishable food donated by Walmart.

The boxes will be shared with people in need throughout South Carolina.
