Shrinkflation is eating away at customers

(CNN) — Many buyers are frustrated with shrinking products and higher prices. And now, even cookie monster is fed up! In a post on social media,  The Sesame Street character said,  “Me hate shrinkflation! me cookies are getting smaller!” He may be on to something.  The Labor Department data shows some Oreos have decreased 6% percent in size by weight.

And a report from glass door shows the price of cookies has risen more than 28% percent since the start of the pandemic.
as for how Cookie Monster is dealing with it he posted quote,  “Guess me going to have to eat double da cookies!”
